For this recipe you will need:
1/2 of a coconut (look at this video to see how to open a coconut)
1/3 coconut yogurt (I used this yogurt)
1/4 cup homemade musli
Selection of chopped fruits (I used banana, mango, kiwifruit, fejoa and grapes.
In the coconut half, place the yogurt on the bottom, then sprinkle over the musli and top with the chopped fresh fruits. serve.
