Fig, Raspberry and orange cake with White Chocolate cream cheese Icing



For this cake, I got the recipe here from jordan Rondel (the caker). I adapted the recipe slightly and used baked fresh figs that I made the day earlier. The sponge recipe is very good and has alot more flavour than a plain spong, I LOOOOVVVE IT!!!! you have to try this recipe. Also for decorating, i didn't have any fresh raspberries so I used fresh figs, cut into quarters, then sprinkled over some toasted chopped almonds and a few mint leaves.
