White chocolate and Limoncello Tart with Fresh Fruits

I made this tart for my mum as it is mothers day todayyy :) I made the tart shell, using this pastry recipe, which I blind baked fully. Then I painted the inside of the tart shell with melted chocolate, waited for that to set, then filled it with a lightened white chocolate and limoncello pastry cream. For the decoration, I sliced up some strawberries, figs and golden and green kiwifruit then arranged them on top of the tart. You need about 8 strawberries, 5 figs, 3 golden and 3 green kiwifruits to do so.
