What you will need:
4 homemade shortbread cookies
2 tbsp nutella
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
50g chopped chocolate
Spread the nutella on the bottom side of each cookie. Place a scoop of ice cream on top of one cookie and top with another, squish down to slightly flatten the ice cream scoop. Place the ice cream sandwich on its side and roll in the chopped chocolate, serve immediately.
