Olive Oil Flat Breads


Since I have exams coming up (hence why I haven't been posting much lately) I thought bread would be a smart thing to bake as I can study in between each proofing time the dough has! but besides that this bread is truly delicious and fairly simple to make! I got the recipe from here but you can use any types of toppings you want really. For mine, I made one tomato, smoked paprika, caper, basil and parmesean, and the other mustard, date, black olive and pine nut.
