I swear its 4 seasons in one day in Auckland.......


After a whole night of pouring rain, I was pleasantly surprised to wake up to a completely blue sky and blazing sun! theres always something about beautiful mornings that makes me want to whip up a yummy, fresh, big brunch, soooo thats exactlly what I did :) After a lovely walk with the doggies, I made whole wheat, almond and cinnamon waffles served with cinnamon buffalo yoghurt, fresh fruit, Organic almond butter and J. Friend & co wild thyme honey. I also discovered these really yummy raw cacao and raspberry macaroons from Farro that I believe are from the Little Bird Unbakery
