I was watching a Kiwi Baker in France on Food Tv the other day and watched Dean make these delicious looking mini baguettes. Since I have had this weird obsession with making bread lately, i just had to give this recipe a go and turned out to be just amazinggg!!!! It made 6 mini baguettes so i froze some then defrosted them when using and they tasted jut as fresh as when they were first made!
