Little Coffee, Chocolate and Almond Meringue Cakes


To Celebrate the end of my school exams, I came home after a long day and made these very cute little cakes. They have a chewy macaroon type base, a creamy and rich coffee filling, then covered in chocolate!! they are very moorish and rich and are the perfect "petit four" size. The recipe calls for dark chocolate, however I used milk chocolate for mine but it depends on what you like!!
