I got the cupcake recipe for these from my Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook except I added another tablespoon of the hot chocolate powder to the batter as I found it needed a bit more flavour!! i Dusted mine with a bit of the hot chocolate powder as well and decorated them with edible flowers.
