Crystalized Rose Petals
You will need:
1 egg white
1 organic rose, with the petals picked off
2 1/2 tbsp castor sugar
Paint each petal lightly with the egg white, using a pastry brush. Sprinkle over the sugar to cover all the surface of the petals. Leave out to dry for about an house before using.
